Cancellation Policy

This CANCELLATION POLICY is applicable to only Custom/ Bespoke Orders.
Bstudio offers ready-to-wear, made-to-order, customised and bespoke products. Cancellation eligibility depends on whether production or order processing has commenced.
1. Cancellation for Custom Orders
Custom Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production, tailoring, customisation or order preparation has not commenced.
Customers should contact Bstudio immediately through WhatsApp or email with their order number.
Cart Orders may be cancelled only before the shipping. Once Orders are shipped, no cancellation shall be entertained.
2. No Cancellation After Production Begins
Once tailoring, customisation, production, preparation or dispatch has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.
This applies particularly to bespoke, personalised and made-to-order products.
3. No Monetary Refunds
Bstudio follows a no-refund policy.
Accordingly, cancellation of an order does not create an automatic entitlement to a monetary refund.
Any cancellation and associated resolution will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Bstudio's order terms.
4. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Orders
Advance payments for bespoke and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, particularly once production or customisation has commenced.
5. Orders Already Dispatched
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Any eligible product issue after delivery will be governed by Bstudio's Return & Exchange Policy.
6. Bstudio-Initiated Cancellation
Bstudio reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, inability to fulfil the order, technical/pricing errors or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Where applicable, Bstudio will communicate the appropriate resolution to the customer.
