1. Order Confirmation
Customised orders will be confirmed only after the required payment has been made.
2. Pricing
Prices shown for customised clothing are starting prices only. The final price will depend on the design, fabric, embellishment/embroidery, size, construction and other custom requirements.
3. Design Consultation
After submitting your customisation request, our team will review the details and provide a final quotation before the order is confirmed.
4. Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. For more elaborate garments, an in-studio measurement or fitting may be required.
5. Design Changes
Once the design, fabric and details have been approved and production has begun, major changes cannot be accommodated. Any possible additional changes may incur extra charges.
6. Turnaround Time
Customised garments require a longer production period than ready-to-wear pieces. An estimated completion date will be provided when the order is confirmed. Rush orders, when possible, may carry an additional charge.
7. Fittings & Alterations
The quotation shall specify whether fittings and alterations are included. Alterations resulting from changes in measurements after confirmation will be charged separately.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Once fabric has been sourced/cut or production has begun, customised orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except in the case of a production defect.
9. Handcrafted Variation
Slight variations in embroidery, embellishment, placement or colour may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the garment and differences in screen display.
10. Reference Images
Reference photographs may be submitted for inspiration, but Bstudio respects intellectual property and does not create or guarantee exact replicas of another designer's work. The final piece can be interpreted in the Bstudio aesthetic.
