M/S. B. STUDIO is a proprietorship based in Kohima, Nagaland.
Founded in 2018, Bstudio is a homegrown brand offering thoughtfully designed and handcrafted products across women's occasion wear, ready-to-wear clothing, children's clothing, baby essentials, home décor and lifestyle categories.

Bstudio also conducts sewing and design training programmes as part of its community-focused activities.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
Use the website for fraudulent purposes;

Use Bstudio's content for unauthorised commercial purposes.
3. Product Information
Bstudio makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, measurements, colours and other information are accurate.
However, handcrafted products may have minor variations in appearance, texture, colour or finish.
Colours may also appear differently depending on the customer's device, display settings and lighting conditions.
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute product defects.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Bstudio offers customised, bespoke and made-to-order products.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Delivery information
Design specifications
Customisation requirements
Once production or customisation has commenced, cancellation may not be permitted.
5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.
Bstudio reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including:
Product unavailability
Incorrect or incomplete information
Technical or pricing errors
Inability to fulfil the order
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice.
Payment may be processed through NTT DATA or other authorised payment service providers.
Applicable shipping charges and other applicable costs will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process.
7. Shipping
Bstudio ships across India.
Ready-to-wear products generally require 3–7 working days for processing, while made-to-order/customised products generally require 10–21 working days.
International shipping is currently handled on request.
Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, courier availability and circumstances beyond Bstudio's control.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Bstudio operates a no monetary refund policy.
Eligible return/exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Returns/exchanges are generally considered only for:
Damaged products
Incorrect products delivered
Manufacturing defects
Customised, made-to-order, personalised, occasion-wear and sale/discounted products are generally not eligible, subject to the exceptions specified in the Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production or customisation has not commenced.
Once tailoring, customisation, production or dispatch has begun, cancellation is not permitted.
Bstudio does not provide monetary refunds under its standard cancellation policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All Bstudio intellectual property and creative content, including but not limited to:
Brand names
Logos
Product designs
Photographs
Videos
Graphics
Website content
Product descriptions
Written content
is owned by or licensed to Bstudio unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Bstudio.
11. User-Submitted Content
Where customers voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, feedback or other content, they confirm that they have the necessary rights to provide such content.
Bstudio may use such content for legitimate business, customer experience and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any permissions required.
12. Third-Party Services

Bstudio is not responsible for the independent policies, availability or practices of third-party services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Bstudio website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kohima, Nagaland, India, subject to applicable law.
